A developer driven by a mission to elevate urban aesthetics requires an identity that embodies spatial discipline. We designed a timeless, minimalist visual identity for Vivartis that reflects the company's experience and lets their projects speak for themselves.

The real estate market is often flooded with aggressive, strictly sales-driven communication. Vivartis is a brand with a higher purpose—delivering not only modern apartments but also executing complex revitalizations and extensions of historic townhouses (e.g., in Warsaw). The challenge was to create an identity, a mark, and a visual system that functions not as a promotional flyer, but as the signature of a confident architect.

We designed an identity based on rigor and simplicity. The main role here is played by powerful, unadorned typography and a monochromatic color palette. This deliberate minimalism ensures that the Vivartis brand communicates with seriousness and professionalism. The new graphic setting provides a perfect, unobtrusive background for the key element—high-class real estate.
